The Tulane women’s bowling team ended its season on April 17 after a 4-1 defeat against Cumberland in the United States Bowling Congress Intercollegiate Team Championships held at The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The match concluded Tulane’s participation in the national tournament. The Green Wave had entered day two of the event after earning the No. 11 seed during qualifying rounds and splitting their first two matches in bracket play.
After moving into the losers’ bracket, Tulane faced Cumberland, who advanced following a win over Trine. Tulane started strong with a narrow victory in game one but was unable to maintain momentum as Cumberland took four straight games to secure the match and eliminate Tulane from competition.
With this result, Tulane’s 2025-26 campaign has concluded. The team will now look ahead to preparations for next season, which is set to begin in fall 2026.
