During 2025, the FDA conducted 58 inspections at 55 food and cosmetics businesses throughout Louisiana, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These inspections represented the highest number conducted by the FDA for any company type in Louisiana, accounting for 61.1% of all inspections that year.
